Penn is the son of Kale Allerion and Sir Bardon. He is also the grandson of Sir Kemry Allerion and Lyll Allerion. By the time he turns three, he is the older brother of twins. He was born with blonde hair and pointed ears. While still unborn, a guardian minor dragon named Fly bonded with him.
